Most tasks are completed within 24–48 hours. Larger projects (launches, websites, course builds) follow a timeline we set together upfront.
I work primarily through Slack, email, and a shared project board (ClickUp or Notion). You'll always know what's in progress and what's done.
Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Canva, Notion, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, ClickUp, CapCut, and most modern coaching tools.
Stripe, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; hourly work is invoiced bi-weekly.
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST, with planned launch support outside those hours when needed. I take on a limited number of clients to keep service quality high.
